Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not for any reason please get in touch. Subject to the conditions below, we will refund 100% the value of the goods excluding postage. To take advantage of this guarantee you must contact us via email us on sales@madebymrsshilts.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of your goods. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy (below) carefully;  

Your right to cancel: at Made by MrsShilts, we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please notify us by email and return your purchase within 7 (seven) working days of receipt for a full refund. You must take reasonable care of your purchase and not use it in any way.

Goods must be returned at your expense, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and use "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" service.
